This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "You") and URSA Mobile, Inc. ("Company", "We", or "Us") regarding your use of the URSA OS ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use URSA OS on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

The Software, including its design, structure, and code, is owned by the Company and protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
Your use of URSA OS is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Software, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
This license is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate the Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and delete all copies.
The Software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Loudoun County, Virginia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
